Baby Shower Beginnings

So, yes, I am getting a head start on this baby shower, but I saw some items at a garage sale that I seriously needed to have for decorations, then I couldn't wait to start working on them, soooo...here are the beginnings of my projects!  I've wanted to try these moss letters for awhile, I just love how they turned out!

I bought five of the birdhouses, this one is my favorite, I am trying to come up with some more unique finishes for the rest of them.  I tried some paint that was supposed to look like metal, you can kind of see it in the background.  It didn't really turn out like I wanted, so I'm going to and find something else cool.  Stay tuned!

Valentine Party

My friend Tiffiny from MOPS just happens to have a little boy about a month older than Zach and a little girl about a month older than Faith, pretty perfect for play dates!  We got together on Wednesday and had us a little Valentines Day party!  We hadn't gotten together like that in a LONG time, so it was really fun to get the chance to visit while the kids played, and they had such a great time playing! 

We played a game of Bingo, that everyone got to win at and get a prize, had a yummy snack and then it was play play play!  Even a little bit of dancing!

No one wanted our play date to end, but lunch and naps called, we will definitely get together again VERY soon!  Like, next week!
